Information collected when you contact support
When you click a call or WhatsApp contact button, the site may record the click type, time, page, referral and campaign details, and technical context such as browser, device, screen, and network information. The tracking request can also include the request IP address and browser user-agent. This information is used to understand contact button usage and maintain the service.
Local storage and analytics
The site stores a visit counter in your browser’s local storage. It stays in that browser until you clear its site data. Google Analytics may be enabled for a deployment; when enabled, it measures site visits and interactions according to Google’s own terms and privacy information.
Retention and requests
Contact-click records are subject to a best-effort retention process that removes records older than 30 days. You can ask about information associated with a contact click by emailing support@rkboss.net and providing the approximate date and page.
External services
When you follow an external link, such as WhatsApp or the configured market feed, that service may process information under its own privacy practices.
